Ulefone has just announced two new rugged smartphones, the Armor 18 Ultra and Armor 18T Ultra. These two phones come as successors to the Power Armor 18 and Power Armor 18T which landed at the end of last year.

These two smartphones do look the same, and have the same dimensions as well. Both of them are rugged devices, which is something you’ll notice the moment you lay eyes on them.
The MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC fuels both of these smartphones. They’re also 5G-enabled, and support Wi-Fi 6. A 6.58-inch fullHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate is included in both smartphones.
They also come with 12GB of RAM, but that can be expanded to 24GB thanks to virtual RAM. You also get plenty of storage here, as both devices offer 512GB of storage. On top of that, microSD expansion up to 2TB is possible.
Are you worried about battery life? Well, don’t be. Both of these smartphones have a 9,600mAh battery on the inside. That’s a huge battery pack for these two phones, that’s for sure. They also support 66W wired charging, and the charger is included in the package.
A 108MP main camera sits on both phones
A 108-megapixel main camera sits on both devices. A 5-megapixel macro camera is included on the Armor 18 Ultra, while the Armor 18T Ultra has a 5-megapixel microlens, and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera.
A 32-megapixel selfie camera sits on both smartphones. Both devices have a side-facing fingerprint scanner, and facial-scanning too, thanks to that front-facing camera.
The Ulefone Armor 18 Ultra includes an advanced temperature sensor. It can measure body temperatures between 35 to 42°C, and the company claims it’s immensely accurate (accuracy level of ±0.2°C). It can also measure temperatures of various objects from -20 to 80°C.
The Ulefone Power Armor 18T ultra comes with thermal imaging capabilities. It has the FLIR Lepton 3.5 sensor for thermal imaging. Android 13 comes pre-installed on both phones.
