Hulu has brought back its uber-popular Black Friday deal for another year. Starting today, you can get a year of Hulu (with ads) for just $0.99 per month. This is available for new and returning subscribers. So if you’ve cancelled Hulu over recent price hikes, you are eligible for this Black Friday deal. You can take advantage of the Hulu Black Friday deal now through November 28, 2023.
Thanks to Good Morning America, you can sign up for this deal today, and the deal will be available for everyone starting tomorrow. Which doesn’t mean much, since it is available for everyone now. This is just Disney using one of its properties to promote another one of its properties.
This deal for Hulu is pretty incredible. I mean, we’re looking at $12 for an entire year of Hulu. Now yes, this does mean that you’re going to have to watch some ads. But that is a trade-off I’d be willing to make. Considering Hulu without ads is now $17.99 per month (Hulu with ads is $7.99/month). That’s more than the cost of an entire year of Hulu at this price. Kinda crazy right?
Hulu is about to go through some big changes too, now that Disney completely owns Hulu, and the combined Disney+ and Hulu app will roll out next month. And you’ll get that experience for just 99 cents per month for the next year. Hulu does have a good amount of original content, as well as content from studios that Disney owns like 21st Century, as well as FX.
Streaming is getting expensive, but it’s hard to argue with this price. Just keep in mind that if you do not cancel before the 12 months are up, that you’ll be renewing automatically at $7.99 per month. Now yes, Hulu will likely offer this deal again next year (this deal comes every year around Black Friday actually), but since it’s available for new and returning subscribers, you’ll need to cancel ahead of time. Only those that have not been on Hulu for the past month, are eligible for this promo.
