Samsung just announced the Galaxy Z Fold 5, and now pre-orders have opened. So you’ll be able to get your order in now and have it arrive by August 11. Remember the retail pricing for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 starts at $1,799 for the 256GB model. Of course, there will be deals available to get it for less.
As always, Samsung is selling the Galaxy Z Fold 5 on its website, as well as through the carriers. That includes AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. It will also be available from Best Buy and Amazon.
AT&T
AT&T is selling the Galaxy Z Fold 5 in the usual colors – Icy Blue, Graphite, and Cream. And it’ll start at $1,799 as you’d expect. However, AT&T does have a few great deals for the Galaxy Fold 5 here.
With the Galaxy Watch 5, you can get up to $1,000 off, when you trade in your Galaxy phone. AT&T is also offering to double your storage if you pre-order before August 10.
Best Buy
Best Buy will be selling the Galaxy Z Fold 5 for all three carriers, as well as an unlocked model. It’s going to come in all three colors – Phantom Black, Cream and Icy Blue. Though there won’t be any promos here, unfortunately.
Samsung
Samsung is selling the Galaxy Z Fold 5 in the 256GB, 512GB and 1TB models. Remember it starts at $1,799. One of the main advantages to buying it from Samsung is going to be the fact that you can get it in a few exclusive colors. So in addition to the same Icy Blue, Phantom Black and Cream colors that everyone else has. Samsung’s website also has the Galaxy Z Fold 5 in Gray and Blue.
Once again, Samsung is offering a free storage upgrade for pre-orders. So you can purchase the 256GB model and get the upgrade to 512GB for free. And the same goes for the 512GB and 1TB models.
On top of that, Samsung is offering up to $1,000 off the Galaxy Z Fold 5 when you trade in your current device.
T-Mobile
T-Mobile will sell the Galaxy Z Fold 5 in all four colors – Phantom Black, Cream and Icy Blue. It will also having a starting price of $1,799, with some sweet promo offers for pre-orders too. You can even get up to $1,000 off the Galaxy Z Fold 5 when getting the phone from T-Mobile, if you add a new line, or with an eligible trade-in.
Verizon
Verizon is also selling the Galaxy Fold 5, and it’ll be available in Icy Blue, Cream and Phantom Black for $49.99/month for 36 months. That comes out to $1,799, which is the regular price. So no real discount here, but Verizon does have a ton of offers available for those looking to grab a new Galaxy Z Fold 5.
Those looking to switch, Verizon will let you trade in your old phone and get a Galaxy Z Flip 5 on “us” or $1,000 towards the new Galaxy Z Fold 5. You do need to add. A new line on the Unlimited Plus plan for this. If you’re upgrading, you can trade-in select phones on qualified 5G Unlimited plans to get $1,000 off either new phone.
During pre-orders, Verizon will also bump up your storage. So you can get the 512GB model for the price of the 256GB. And if you are a NFL Sunday Ticket fan, well, those on the Unlimited Plus plan will get NFL Sunday Ticket “on us”, with the purchase of a new Galaxy Z Flip 5 or Fold 5.
Finally, for accessories, you can get 15% off the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Fold 5 cases and screen protectors. As well as 25% off of Samsung Galaxy chargers, and 50% off of the Galaxy Buds2 when you buy select Samsung smartphones.
